Reset

Research shows that 45 to 95% of everything you do is habitual.

That means most of your thoughts and behaviors are running beneath the radar.

If you want a fresh start or an upgrade to what you accomplish and experience, you'll need to RESET those old patterns.

Our goal is to have everything running "under your hood" working for you rather than against you.

Rewind

We learn from experience and repetition.

Not all of those experiences have been good ones.

Worse yet, we tend to recall and weigh our negative experiences more heavily, while discounting the positive ones.

At Camp, you'll uncover and let go of all the limiting beliefs left over from the things that went poorly in your life and start building on the ones that went well.

Reboot

What's your current reality?

This is one of the most critical elements of forging new paths and yet it's the most often overlooked.

We'll dive into your values, likes, and dislikes.You'll evaluate your internal and external resources and challenges.

You'll learn to test your goal against your Compass Point to be sure that where you're heading is where you really want to be.

Of course, you'll set goals and create an actionable plan to achieve them.

This we do differently too.

We know this isn't your first rodeo. You've set and met goals over the years.

How it works.

Camp Reinvention is a 12-week, bootcamp-style coaching program and community that will guide you step-by-step on your reinvention journey—whatever that looks like for you.

The 12 module curriculum is a unique blend of inner work, peer support, and coaching, and is delivered online each week for 12 weeks.

Recordings and materials are yours for life through our learning platform.

Our optional recorded expert bundles help with the hard skills that may be required for your reinvention.

The elements.

Weekly Recorded Modules

You'll receive one module of the Camp Reinvention Process each week. Content is offered in multiple formats so you can learn the way that works best for you. (Video - Audio - Written Transcripts and Workbooks)

Your Coaching POD

You'll select a coaching POD based on the time offering that works best for you. Current PODs are offered for 1 hour at 9am ET or 12pm ET on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month.

Your coaching POD is a small, supportive group of women like you - going through the Camp process - and led by either Wendy or Dana.

You'll learn as much from hearing their questions and the coaching they receive as you will by asking your own questions.

The Camp community is a play-all-in, judgement-free zone where you'll not only find that you're not alone in your experiences, fears and sticking points - but feel simultaneously supported and accountable.

Targeted Expertise

The Camp reinvention 12-week process.

Week 1

Understanding the thinking patterns that drive your decisions, creating a Compass Point™ and using filters to navigate the world.
Week 2

Creating new default emotional, behavioral and thinking patterns. You get more of what you want and less of what you don't.
Week 3

Recognizing and directing your energy and that of others. Aligning your energetic, physical, emotional and intellectual self.
Week 4

The three everyday behavioral traps that keep you stuck, where they're showing up in your life and how to shift them.

Week 5

How and when to let go of limiting beliefs, negative people and difficult circumstances. What to do about your negative voice.
Week 6

Getting grounded in your current reality. Strength building. The science and practice of visualizing and manifesting.
Week 7

Camp Reinvention's unique process for setting, making consistent progress on, and reaching your goals.
Week 8

Habit clinic week. You'll learn the newest research on habit formation and how to apply it to meeting your goals.

Week 9

Identity (and your understanding of yours) is a make-you-or-break-you element of reinvention. Learn to harness its power this week.
Week 10

Navigating your reinvention through to fruition requires mastering decision-making techniques to keep you on track.
Week 11

Learn important strategies to continue pushing your edge while staying in alignment with what matters most.
Week 12

In our final week, you'll learn how to use celebration, embodiment and declarations to fuel your path forward.

How much does Camp Reinvention cost?

You can attend Camp for a one time payment of $997 or 3 no-interest payments of $332.33 each.

What's the time commitment?

The program is 12 weeks long, including 12 weekly modules and 2x monthly PODs (optional).

What if I can't find a POD time that works for me?

No worries! Reach out to us at hello@campreinvention.com and we'll come up with a modification that works for you!

How long to I have access to the program curriculum?

You'll have lifetime access to the program curriculum, resources and materials - including any expert bundles you choose to add on.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available through week one of the program. Expert bundles are non-refundable.

When can I purchase an expert bundle(s)?

Expert bundles are available to purchase for $325 each anytime after your first class date.

Is there a workbook?

Each week, you'll be provided with worksheets to help you process the learning from the module. As there are many learning styles, you'll always be provided with options about how to use what you've learned between sessions. If you don't love workbooks, no need to use it.
